I'm Marilyn Perry. I'm this website's creator. I write or otherwise create, and publish, the content on this website, which is my personal website here at www.marilynperry.com. I also personally develop and maintain this website, a website built with the Drupal 10 Digital Experience Platform (DXP) engine.

I’m Marilyn Perry, a systems software scientist with decades of professional software development experience. That software development experience began before the dawn of the Personal Computer era, experience that has spanned decades of software design and development at some of the world’s largest computer hardware and software companies, including, but not limited to, Wang Computers and Microsoft Corporation.

First and foremost as well, a symphonic music theorist, symphonic music composer, and contemporary symphonic music enthusiast are among my paramount interests.

I'm also a professional photographer, a photojournalist and videographer well-known for my political demonstration / protest event photographs, my highly personalized contemporary portrait photography, and a variety of other photographic subject projects, including horticultural, cityscape, and other photographic subject types.

I'm someone appreciative of culture, subcultures, values, ethics, insights, as well as a "law nerd" with an encyclopedic knowledge of civil litigation practice, procedure, court rules, statutes, and related case law.

I'd like to believe that I'm living freely and happily here on our wonderfully glorious, gorgeous, astonishingly divine, amazing planet earth, here in the solar system, here in the milky way galaxy, here in the known ‘verse that seems likely just one ‘verse within an infinitely complex multiverse.
